How an order works

See the specimen. Then we ship it.

Questions

What people ask before they order.

How do I order a framed specimen?

Call or send a note with what you have in mind: a Morpho, a moth, a mixed insect box, or a gift. Charlie can send photos of available pieces before you buy, then ship the finished frame to you.

Can I see the piece before I pay?

Yes. Tell us what you want and we will send photos of the actual specimen and frame so you can choose with confidence.

Do you ship outside Long Island?

Yes. Clients order from across the country. Share your city and state with the inquiry and we will confirm shipping.

Do you still work with wholesale buyers?

Yes. We spent four decades as a wholesale insect supply house and still help dealers, designers, and repeat buyers. Retail framed work is the focus now. Mention wholesale on the form if that is what you need.

What kinds of frames do you offer?

Finished wood and glass shadowboxes for butterflies, moths, and exotic insects. Pieces are selected and mounted as individual art, not as bulk stock photos.
